Forest Green Rovers F.C. have announced their home pre-season fixtures for the 2008/9... with some exciting ties in prospect for Rovers fans.

Confirmed home friendlies:

Saturday 12th July @ 3pm BRISTOL CITY
Tuesday 15th July @ 7.45pm READING FC
Saturday 19th July @ 3pm WYCOMBE WANDERERS
Sunday 27th July @ 2pm BIRMINGHAM CITY

Prices for the above matches will be as follows:

Adults £10
Concessions £5
Juniors (Under 16) £2

However, for the matches against Bristol City, Reading and Wycombe Wanderers children can gain FREE entry, when accompanied by a full paying adult (a maximum of two children per adult).

All prices are valid for both stand and terraced area.

Further, those paying full adult price to enter both the Bristol City and Reading matches will be issued with a voucher entitling the adult to FREE entry for the match against Wycombe Wanderers.

The full pricing structure, as shown above will operate for the match against Birmingham City, when the club will be holding their Business Club draw for those businesses who have signed up for that class of membership. Season ticket holders, Business Club and Premier Club members for 2008/09 will be able to gain entry to ALL four pre season fixtures as part of their rights and will not have to pay any additional entry fee.

Meanwhile, Rovers will also be taking part in a club community evening at Brimscombe & Thrupp AFC at the Meadow, Brimscombe on Thursday 24th July @ 7pm. Full details will be available from their club in due course.

Manager Jim Harvey will also be visiting other venues in the lead up to the start of the new season on Saturday 9th August and this will include the week before on Saturday 2nd August a trip to St Georges Lane, Worcester to play newly promoted Evesham United, with a Kick Off at 3pm.
